At Devheer, we have an easy return policy.
You can return/exchange the product as long as the following conditions are met.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

1. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return.
2. Returns/Exchange will be accepted only for defective products or if you face any sizing issues.
3. You must create a short video while opening the package, this will help in processing your returns easily.

  • When the product is delivered, you must record a full unboxing video while opening the package.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • The unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return or exchange request.

4. We understand that you might want to try and check the product for fit and comfort but make sure it remains unused, unwashed and free from any scents like body odor or perfumes.
5. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once Exchange/Return is initiated from the customers end, it will be initiated for reverse pickup for which the customer will get the notifications from the delivery partners.
We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).

“Reverse Shipping and Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer, i.e. 100₹ for Returns and Exchange.”

7. Once we receive the product,

“All PREPAID and COD orders will be processed via reversal into the original mode of payment after deducting the shipping charges mentioned above.”
Refunds and Exchange will take 3-4 days to process after we receive the package back.

8. We do not return or exchange items bought during sale period.
